By understanding our clients, we can consult and help select the promotional products that will most successfully relay a key marketing message to the target group.

    At Stieler & Co. we view promotional products as an alternative and supplementary media for companies to communicate cost-efficiently with their target groups. Used in combination with traditional marketing, promotional products are extremely persuasive media components. They engage end-users in new and insightful ways, generating high attention, and complementing brand strategy. In other words, promotional products help to create added value for both clients and customers.

    Stieler & Company is a Danish company which has worked closely with domestic and international suppliers and business partners for over 20 years.

    Stieler & Company is a Danish company which has worked closely with domestic and international suppliers and business partners since our inception over 20 years ago.

    With many years of experience working in China and the Far East, we have developed and maintained a code of conduct which mirrors the social, ethical and environmental issues facing our suppliers and partners.

    Within Denmark, the “CSR” or Corporate Social Responsibility compass (see link here), developed by the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs and Danske Industry or Confederation of Danish Industries, is a tool which businesses can refer to and sets forth a wide range of guidelines and regulations relating to the social, ethical and environmental factors which must be considered when doing business today.

    Stieler & Company has embraced a wide range of tools to develop this code of conduct. Stieler & Company are committed fair business practice and support the United Nations international CSR initiative which was developed to encourage businesses world wide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible business policies.

    The UN has identified four overreaching CSR themes:

    Human Rights
    Labour standards
    Environment
    Anti-Corruption

    Together with our own representatives in Hong Kong and China, Stieler & Company have developed a set of stringent guidelines which we use to identify and select suitable suppliers and partners. We use the CSR compass along with our own quality standards guidelines to ensure a reliable and transparent platform for doing business.

    Stieler & Company´s primary goal is to build lasting collaborative relationships with our customers, suppliers and other partners. We achieve this by continuously measuring our strict corporate demands against local legal compliance and acceptable business practice within the country of origin.

    Our code of conduct is an essential and integral part of all business agreements with Stieler & Company. Acceptance and compliance with this Code of Conduct is mandatory.

    Our Code of Conduct establishes the minimum standards for doing business with us. Stieler & Company encourages its suppliers to strive for continuous improvement in all areas covered by this Code of Conduct.

    We are continuously striving to improve our business practice therefore questions relating to our CSR policy or suggestions for improvement to our code of conduct are welcome.

    PSI is a professional trade organization that provides knowledge sharing between suppliers and customers. Stieler & co. is participating in the annual fairs to stay updated on new products, trends, etc.
    As a member of PSI, our customers are guaranteed a partner who proactively seeks out and pass on the latest knowledge about the merchandise, gifts and corporate clothing.


    Sedex is a “non-profit” organization that implements ethical improvements in global supply chains, and helps us to screen suppliers, and ensure that all ethical rules are respected. Sedex is the largest collaborative platform for information of supply chain ethical data, and it has members in 150 countries.

    Owner and managing director, Jesper Stieler, established Stieler & Co. in 1993. From the beginning we were extremely focused on providing value for money along with unique solutions for our clients. We therefore focused highly on sourcing & production by establishing a global network of trusted and competent producers. This led to the establishment of representation offices in Hong Kong and China.

    As frontrunners we forecasted the growth of e-business and established our e-commerce at a very early stage. Thus, in 2001 we implemented our e-commerce shop concept, which we continuously improve to our clients’ great satisfaction.
